BranchServ Announces Acquisition of Gallian Enterprises

BETHEL, CT - May 28, 2007 - BranchServ (www.branchserv.com), the leading supplier of physical security equipment and service to U.S branch banking networks, today announced the acquisition of Gallian Enterprises, a leading lock shop operation servicing the southeastern United States. Details of the transaction were not released.

"The Gallian acquisition gives us a full-range of lock shop capabilities and will enable us to fully centralize our lock operations," commented Tim Layaou, BranchServ's Southeast Regional Manager. Mr. Layaou also announced BranchServ's plans to move the former Gallian operations to its new Southeast service and operations center, currently under construction in Charlotte, North Carolina.
