BranchServ Division of Custom Vault Corporation Announces Opening of New Corporate Headquarters

BETHEL, CT September 5, 2006 – BranchServ (www.branchserv.com), the leading supplier of physical security equipment and service to U.S. branch banking networks, today announced the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Bethel, Connecticut.

BranchServ moved its corporate offices from their previous location in Ridgefield, Connecticut to the Berkshire Corporate Park in Bethel. “We’re delighted with our new home,” said Thomas P. Brennan, BranchServ’s President and CEO. “We were reluctant to leave Ridgefield, our home for the past 16 years, but our dramatic growth forced us to expand and upgrade our infrastructure,” added Mr. Brennan. The new facility has 6,000 square feet of office space and 4,000 square feet of warehouse space.
