BranchServ Launches TotalServSM Program

BETHEL, CT April 3, 2006 - BranchServ (www.branchserv.com), the leading supplier of physical security equipment and service to U.S. branch banking networks, today announced a new name for its innovative, all-inclusive service program. The newly named TotalServSM program offers clients the industry's highest level of service for a single annual service fee.

"We created TotalServ in response to the needs of our clients. Retail banks are tired of getting thousands of service invoices and having to constantly monitor the performance of their service providers," said Thomas P. Brennan, the President and CEO of BranchServ. "TotalServ represents a total paradigm shift. TotalServ clients receive unlimited service calls and scheduled maintenance—including travel, labor and parts—all for an annual service fee. The TotalServ program completely aligns our interests with those of our clients. We succeed by keeping equipment in service and by minimizing, not maximizing, service calls," added Mr. Brennan.

TotalServSM clients receive a level of responsiveness that is unparalleled in the branch service industry. Every component of the service experience is client-focused for the particular needs of the individual client. From customized parts inventories that cover the installed base of a client's out-of-production equipment to priority call routing and dedicated Client Service teams, the TotalServSM experience wraps the client branch operation in total service assurance.

"TotalServ grew from our intimate understanding of not just service requirements, but how branch equipment supports both the security and efficiency of the operation," noted Paul Vercellin, BranchServ VP of Sales. "Eliminating the administrative overhead of accounting for individual transactions has allowed us to redirect those resources toward providing improved service levels and proactive maintenance. For clients, that not only translates to lower overall equipment costs, but also reduced equipment downtime and a more satisfied end customer," Mr. Vercellin added.

Founded in 1999 as a division of Custom Vault Corporation, BranchServ provides physical security equipment and service solutions to over 3,000 bank and credit union branches from Maine to Florida, including 3 of the 10 largest branch banking networks in the United States. The fastest growing service provider in the industry, BranchServ combines unparalleled experience and product knowledge with a client-driven service focus—empowering branch networks to improve operational efficiency, lower overall costs, enhance the end customer experience and maintain security standards.

BranchServ is headquartered in Bethel, Connecticut with Service Centers in Boston, New York, Washington D.C. and Charlotte.
