Tom Brennan is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company of BranchServ. He left GE in 1984 to establish the CustomVault business; now a global industry leader in high-security modular vault solutions. In 1999, Brennan steered the company into the financial services segment, leading to the establishment of Custom Vault Corporation’s BranchServ division. BranchServ has since ascended to market leadership in security, automation and service for banks and credit unions nationwide. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
Todd Michalka joined Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company of CustomVault and Branchserv, in 2016 as Chief Financial Officer. He previously worked at KPMG, Muehlstein & Co, IBM and, most recently, EXSIF Worldwide, a Berkshire Hathaway Company, where he served as Director of Finance & Accounting. A CPA, Michalka holds an MBA with a Finance & Accounting Concentration from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Xavier University.
David Pepin joined BranchServ as Vice President of Sales in 2013 and led the charge for the company’s Branch Transformation initiative, ultimately ascending to the position of Chief Operating Officer with oversight for sales, service and all related support functions. Prior to joining BranchServ, he worked with NCR Corporation, ArcaTech Systems, and Diebold. Pepin holds an AS in Electronics Technology, a BS in Business from the College of Our Lady of The Elms, an MBA in Finance from Western New England University, and has participated in management training and leadership development at Columbia University.
Rob Beveridge joined BranchServ in 2018 to oversee the company’s Back Office Operations and Cash Automation Services and is tasked with converting new ideas and concepts into meaningful bottom-line results and optimizing service. Before joining BranchServ, he managed TD Banks ATM Service Delivery Channel for U.S and Canadian operations as well as overseeing PNC Bank’s national ATM network. Rob Beveridge has diversified financial services experience relative to service delivery and armored car operations, product development, vendor management, and technical services and has a BA in Management.
Eric Sheppard joined the company as part of the Checkpoint/CheckView acquisition in 2012; assuming the position of Vice President, Support Services. He was tapped for his current position in 2016, and charged with infrastructure development for BranchServ to improve inter-departmental collaboration and optimize business practices. His efforts support enhanced corporate productivity and performance. Prior to joining BranchServ, Sheppard was the Sales Manager Checkpoint/CheckView and President for Security Corp. He is a graduate of Clemson University.
Andrew Golden joined BranchServ in 2016 to head up BranchServ’s Professional Services division, and is specifically charged with managing our indirect sales channel and TCR deployment methodology. Prior to joining BranchServ, he worked as a Professional Services Director at NCR Corporation, and has almost a decade of experience in TCR business development. Golden has a BS in Finance from the University of Massachusetts.
Dan Miller joined BranchServ in 2017 to target business development efforts specifically for BranchServ automation. A banker by trade, he managed a 60 branch financial institution before logging 17 years in retail bank technology sales and consulting. Miller was most recently a Senior Branch Transformation Director at NCR Corporation.
Jim Briganti joined BranchServ in 2016. Mr. Briganti is responsible for service and support of the Northeast Region. Prior to joining BranchServ, he worked on the banking side with Connecticut Bank & Trust Co., Fleet Bank, and most recently with Webster Bank. And on the financial services support side, Briganti logged 17 years at Diebold as a Regional Service Manager and ATM Cash Services Manager. He earned an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Tunxis Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
Joe Motta joined BranchServ in 2017. He manages service and support for the SouthEast and South Central Regions with an emphasis on delivering best-in-class service for our customer base via infrastructure optimization. Prior to joining BranchServ, he worked at NCR, Diebold Nixdorf and Brinks and drove service optimization for numerous large financial institutions. Motta has a strong foundation of experience with security, cash management and overall service operations. He has a BA in Business Administration from Western Advanced Central University.
