Thomas P. Brennan
Chief Executive Officer Tom Brennan is the Chief Executive Officer for Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company of BranchServ. Mr. Brennan left GE in 1984 to found CustomVault and has since led the firm to its current position as the leading, worldwide expert in state-of-the-art, high-security modular vault solutions. In 1999, Mr. Brennan steered the company into the financial services segment, leading to the establishment of the BranchServ division and resulting in six consecutive years of double-digit growth. Mr. Brennan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.
Roy Messing
President
Roy Messing joined Custom Vault Corporation in 2005 as the company's
Chief Operating Officer. Since his arrival, Mr. Messing has led
the effort to plan for the company's growth by enhancing the company's
business systems, instituting a company-wide total quality program
and introducing new service program structures. Prior to joining
CustomVault, Roy was a Managing Director at XRoads Solutions Group,
where he led the restructuring of a $400 million distributor of
commercial building products and security devices. Previously,
he was part of the founding management team of CashEdge, a leading
provider of online infrastructure solutions for financial service
firms. Earlier in his career, Mr. Messing was President of Peachtree
Doors and Windows, a $150 million manufacturer and distributor
of residential building products. Before that, he served as an
Associate at McKinsey & Company, an international strategic
consulting firm. Mr. Messing holds a BA from Yale College and
an MBA from Harvard University.
Jonathon Scott
Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan Scott joined Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company of
CustomVault and Branchserv, in 2006 as the company's Chief Financial
Officer. Previously, Mr. Scott was the Division Controller for Daymon
Worldwide Trading, a $250 million food trading company. Before Daymon,
Jon was the VP of Finance for Peachtree Doors and Windows, a $150 million
manufacturer and distributor of residential building products. Jon has a
long history of building high-performance finance teams in rapidly growing,
international, multiple-line businesses. Jon has a BA in Accounting from
the University of Birmingham and is an ACA chartered accountant in the
United Kingdom.
Paul Vercellin
Vice President, Sales
Paul Vercellin joined BranchServ in 2002. Mr. Vercellin is now
responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with
BranchServ's key customers in the Northeastern United States and
for leading his team of territory Account Executives. Mr. Vercellin
was a principal architect of BranchServ's innovative TotalServSM
program. Prior to joining BranchServ, Mr. Vercellin was an Account
Executive at Mosler, where he was ranked as their top sales person
for six consecutive years. Mr. Vercellin has an Associate Degree
in Business Administration from Northern Essex Community College.
Tim Layaou
Regional Manager
Tim Layaou joined BranchServ in 2006. Mr. Layaou is Regional Manager
in the Southeast region. Prior to joining BranchServ Mr. Layaou was
VP of Operations and Manager of Bank Equipment Services for First
Citizens Bank in North Carolina. Tim began in this industry as a
technician with Driver Safe Company advancing to Service Manager
before joining First Citizens Bank. Tim has been in the bank equipment
services industry for over 20 years.
Scott Cameron
Director, Project Management Office
Scott Cameron joined BranchServ in January, 2006 as Director of
BranchServ's Project Management Office. Mr. Cameron is responsible
for applying BranchServ's proprietary project management methodology
and standards and for leading BranchServ's world-class team of
Project Managers. Prior to joining BranchServ, Mr. Cameron was
a Project Manager at Bank of New York where he was responsible
for branch construction projects in six states. Before that, he
was a Project Management Supervisor for IVI, an international
construction consulting firm, where he managed a team of 12 engineers
and architects. Mr. Cameron is a registered architect with over
10 years of experience in Project Management and leadership of
project management organizations. Mr. Cameron holds a BS in Architecture
from the New York Institute of Technology and a Professional Certificate
in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
Michael Iadarola
Vice President, Supply Chain
Michael Iadarola joined Custom Vault Corporation, the parent company
of CustomVault and Branchserv, in 2007 as Supply Chain Director.
Previously, Michael was Global Purchasing Manager for The Siemon
Company in Watertown, Connecticut where he was responsible for global
procurement activity. Prior to that Michael was Director of Global
Distribution, Materials, and Logistics at Nash Elmo Industries in
Trumbull, Connecticut. Michael has a long history of developing and
implementing processes that optimize functionality and integrity in
supply chain management. Michael has a BBA in Finance and Economics
from The City University of New York and an MBA in Management from
Mount Saint Mary College.
Gregory Navin
Vice President, Engineering
Greg Navin leads BranchServ's in-house engineering team. Prior
to joining BranchServ, Mr. Navin was the Director of Engineering
for a leading pre-cast concrete panel manufacturer. Mr. Navin
has been instrumental in the design of some of the industry's
most innovative high-security modular vault systems, including
the CustomVault MicroVault, which provides a more cost-effective
and flexible alternative to traditional X-6 rated safes. From
1984 to 1989, Mr. Navin served as an officer in the United States
Navy, specializing in surface warfare. Mr. Navin is a graduate
of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis where he received
a BS in Engineering and he holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
Gary Beaudry
New England Service Manager
Gary Beaudry joined BranchServ in 2006. Mr. Beaudry is responsible
for the New England Service team. Prior to joining BranchServ, Mr.
Beaudry was the Customer Service Manager for the Western New England
Team for Diebold. Before Diebold, Gary worked with Mosler for 24 years
as Branch Manager for Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. Gary has
an Associates Degree from HCC as well as numerous technical and
management training certificates.
Dana Wight
Manager, Call Center
Dana Wight manages BranchServ's call center dispatch operations.
Prior to joining BranchServ, Mr. Wight was the Manager of Customer
Service and Sales for iRobot. Mr. Wight brings over 15 years of
call center management experience to his role at BranchServ. Before
coming to BranchServ, he built and managed call centers ranging
in size from 5 to over 100 representatives. Mr. Wight has a BS
from Northeastern University.
