Vault Corporation, BranchServ's parent company, was founded
in 1984 and is now internationally recognized as the expert
in the design and installation of complex, high security modular
vault systems for U.S. Government, pharmaceutical, jewelry, armored
car and banking applications.
The Financial Services Division of CustomVault was created in
1999 to provide and service physical security equipment for retail
financial institutions. By combining deep product expertise and
an embedded client service focus
with an extensive investment in technology and infrastructure,
we have become the fastest growing equipment service provider
to financial institutions. We now serve over 3,000 branches from
Maine to Florida, including 3 of the 10 largest branch networks
in the United States.
In 2006, our Financial Services Division became BranchServ,
signaling our commitment to this segment and communicating our
unique, industry leading approach to service. BranchServ has created
a new service paradigm designed
around a deep understanding of physical security equipment, security
standards, branch operations and client needs. Our innovative
service programs (TotalServSM,
OnDemandSM
and BranchPMSM
) have revolutionized the industry's approach to physical security
equipment maintenance and service by providing clients with higher
levels of service while dramatically reducing management complexity
and costs.
On the equipment side of our business, BranchServ provides far
more than just product. Our sales consultants bring an unparalleled

to their engagements. We partner with clients to custom-configure
standard product to exact business and site requirements while
maintaining security standards. BranchServ's expert team of professional
project managers works closely with client architects, construction
and project managers to ensure a smooth project flow with strict
adherence to deadlines and budgets. Our expert installation teams
go the extra mile to ensure smooth install, test and turnover
of equipment and training of branch personnel.
BranchServ currently operates 4 service and installation branches
and deploys 40 in-house Field Service Technicians and 4 expert
in-house installation crews. Our service team and footprint continue
to expand as branch banking networks discover the BranchServ alternative
to physical security equipment and service.
