Equipment Installer
Location: Hudson, New Hampshire
BranchServ is seeking a hardworking, mechanically inclined individual
to join our bank equipment installation team. Carpentry and basic wiring
skills required. Work consists of installing remote teller systems,
drive-up drawers, windows, undercounter cabinets and light rigging of
safes. BranchServ installation teams work alongside our Project Managers
and our Client Construction & Project Managers to install physical
security equipment at existing and new bank branches. Full benefits, paid
vacation, and 401k.
Technician Support/Parts Specialist
Location: Cornelius, North Carolina BranchServ is seeking an industrious person
to join our service team in the role of Technician Support and Parts Specialist.
Major Position Responsibilities: Maintaining inventory control, ordering parts for
service technicians, tracking orders, maintaining records, issuing purchase orders, and
receiving equipment.
Position Requirements: Must possess competency in Microsoft applications, Overall
computer literacy, Excellent communication skills, Independent problem solving skills,
Inventory control background helpful but not required.
Account Executive
Location: Branch Locations Nationwide
Account Executives work collaboratively with clients to develop
physical security service and equipment solutions for retail bank
branches. The BranchServ Account Executive is responsible for
establishing, maintaining and growing relationships with BranchServ
clients in its target markets. Sales experience in a highly consultative
environment is required. Knowledge of retail bank operations and
or bank physical security equipment is highly preferred.
Project Manager
Location: Branch Locations Nationwide
The BranchServ Project Manager's primary responsibility is the
management of bank equipment installation projects. Project Managers
are responsible for ensuring the delivery of bank physical security
equipment to the customer's agreed specifications and for the
on-time, on-budget completion of the equipment installation projects
to exacting standards. Construction project management experience
is required.
Operations Manager, Metro Area Service
Branch
Location: Bethel, Connecticut
The Operations Manager's primary responsibility is leadership
of BranchServ's Metro Area Service Center. In addition, the Metro
Branch Operations Manager will have responsibility for the management
of our national warehousing and parts store as well as centralized
key and machine shops. We seek an individual with at least 6-8
years of experience leading a multi-location warehousing and shop
operations organization. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
Lean, Six Sigma, or TQM experience is highly desirable. Exceptional
leadership skills are required.
Client Service Representative
Location: Hudson, New Hampshire
BranchServ is seeking Client Service Representatives interested
in providing world-class client service to its client base. Client
Service Representatives quickly respond to service inquiries by
phone, email and fax and coordinate the dispatch of BranchServ
Field Service Technicians to the appropriate client sites. Minimum
of 2-3 years prior call center experience is required. Experience
in a service dispatch environment is highly desirable.
Field Service Technician
Location: Branch Locations Nationwide
BranchServ Field Service Technicians are trained in multiple disciplines
to provide, maintain and service bank physical security equipment,
including key and combination lock mechanisms and pneumatic tube
systems. Prior experience with bank physical security equipment
is highly desirable.
